Creating Cakes

Okay, so I gave in to the blog thing. I thought about it for some time and thought I wouldn't have anything to share that might interest others, but hey things happen! I wanted to have a place to show off our creations. After watching endless Food Network shows about cake decorating we decided that we want to give it a go. Of course we didn't start with piping, we jumped right in to decorating with fondant. We love the look of fondant draped over the cakes and since we found a recipe for marshmallow fondant that not only works up beautifully, but it also tastes pretty good. We have made a few cakes and we are getting better so check them out!!
